Alyssia's job roles consist of listening to customers to understand their unique situations while recommending an appropriate solution based on expertise and training, as well as working alongside the Storage Operations Manager to ensure monthly revenue goals are met and developing plans of action for the storage claims and auction process. 

Before joining AMR, Alyssia was the team leader of a 1-800 call center line, in which she received numerous awards for her customer service and team management skills. She has been simultaneously attending school and working in customer service-related roles since moving back to Texas. She is currently studying at Collin College, where she plans to pursue her bachelor's degree.
