AMR (Asset Management Resources) is an SEC/FINRA registered ERA focused on real estate investments. AMR seeks to create value for its clients and investors by repeatedly partnering with best-in-class sponsors and developers on unique acquisition and development opportunities. AMR only partners with sponsors and developers with well-defined expertise, strategies and geographic markets who co-invest side-by-side with our capital. The firm solely makes equity investments in real estate projects on behalf of its institutional, family office and high net worth clients and investors.

The AMR senior management team has a combined experience of 19 years and manages and advises a current portfolio valued at just over $148,000,000. The exceptional combination of experience as a sponsor, operator, and equity investor makes AMR the asset manager of choice for its large, diverse, and sophisticated group of clients and investors.

Through a private equity format, AMR focuses primarily on storage and industrial investments. AMR is highly selective in their screening process, reviewing several hundred projects each year while typically investing in 10-15 projects per 12-month period with diversification into 8-10 of the highest growth markets with an equal number of best-in-class development partners. AMR generally deploys capital over a 12-24-month investment period and a target hold period of 3-5 years.

Management Strategy

Rehab and Rebranding

Our team strategically implements methods to increase facility curb appeal and brand awareness upon acquisition. We accomplish this by building additional units, rehabbing existing units to meet market demand, and replacing or adding additional signage.

Mass Marketing

Sparefoot, ‘The Zillow of Storage Facilities,’ allows us to market our properties to potential tenants among 60 different platforms. SpareFoot is used in situations where organic marketing will not be effective.

Cloud-Based Management Software

All properties are listed on a single website domain where tenants can sign up for new rentals, pay their monthly bills, or request information from our team.

IVR Phone System

Tenants can use this system to make payments via text or the automated call platform. The system also sends updated reminders to tenants regarding outstanding payments, upcoming payments, and active liens.

Lighting and Security

Upon acquisition, our team will assess current visibility and security conditions to determine the need for additional lighting, upgrading cameras, and additional access control to better safeguard our property as well as tenant belongings.

Streamline Management

By eliminating 3rd party contractors and utilizing in-house staff, we are able to keep down operating expenses while maximizing property care and offering quick assistance to tenant needs.
