The AMR senior management team have a combined experience of 19 years and manage and advise a current portfolio valued just over $159,960,000. This includes $27,850,000 current and previously sold storage assets, $50,000,000 of storage development, $61,900,000 of industrial development, and $20,210,000 of multifamily. AMR, through a private equity format, focuses primarily on storage and industrial investments. AMR is highly selective in their screening process, reviewing several hundred projects each year while typically investing in 10-15 projects per 12-month period with diversification into 8-10 of the highest growth markets with an equal number of best-in-class development partners. AMR generally deploys capital over a 12-24-month investment period and target hold period of 3-5 years.

Rehab and Rebranding
Upon acquisition, our team strategically implements methods to increase facility curb appeal as well as brand awareness. We accomplish this by building additional units and rehabbing existing units in order to meet market demand, as well as replacing or adding additional signage.
Sparefoot ‘The Zillow of Storage Facilities’ allows us to market our properties to potential tenants among 60 different platforms. Sparefoot is used in situations where organic marketing will not be effective.
Cloud-Based Management Software
All properties are listed on a single website domain in which tenants can sign up for new rentals, pay their monthly bills, or request information from our team.
IVR Phone System
Tenants can use this system in order to make payments via text or the automated call platform. The system also sends updated reminders to tenants regarding outstanding payments, upcoming payments, and active liens.
Lighting and Security
Upon acquisition, our team will assess current visibility and security conditions in order to determine the need for additional lighting, upgrading cameras, and additional access control in order to better safeguard our property as well as tenant belongings.
By eliminating 3rd party contractors and utilizing in-house staff, we are able to keep down operating expenses while maximizing property care and offering quick assistance to tenant needs.
