Shawn Givens serves as the Vice Chairman for the Debt and Structured Finance group at Colliers’ Dallas-Fort Worth office, spearheading a growing national debt platform. His background includes over 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage and national debt placement with over $12+ billion in closed transactions across all asset types, with over 3,000 completed transactions. His extensive background and experience give him the advantage of expanding the debt and equity platform in DFW and on a national level. Prior to joining Colliers, Shawn was an Executive Vice President under CBRE. While at CBRE he drove the firm's debt and equity operations. Before CBRE, Shawn was a founding partner at Capstone Financial, where him and his team made Capstone the exclusive lender to Loopnet, Bravitas and exclusive commercial lender to the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. He was the driving force behind Capstones proprietary software and market lending closing times.
Shawn holds a BS from Westminster College with a double major in Business and Economics with minors in Music, Leadership and Biology.
Will Givens is Vice President at Colliers. He specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate financing for corporate clients and real estate investors. His principle responsibilities include business development, loan originations, and equity placement. Through his skillset and experience, Mr. Givens and his team have originated, structured and closed over $8 Billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types including: single and multi-tenant retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and healthcare. Prior to Capstone Financial, he worked for a Fortune 150 company in Dallas, TX. Will holds a BS from Texas A&M University in B.S. in Sociology and Economics.
Tony oversees JLL’s Valuation and Advisory business in the Americas. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of all VA professionals across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Tony began his real estate career in 1988 after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a dual Real Estate/Finance degree. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Lenamon spent 18 years with CBRE, where he served as Executive Vice President and National Multi-housing Practice Leader. He previously spent nearly a decade with Deloitte & Touche Consulting, as a Senior Manager and regional leader for their real estate consulting group. Tony holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is licensed as a certified general appraiser in numerous states. He has served on the board of the Appraisal Institute, North Texas Chapter, and is also a member of NCREIF, MBA (serving on their MISMO Committee), ULI, and ICSC. In his free time Tony enjoys extensive travel across the United States and abroad.
