PRESIDENT AND CEO

 Mr. Graves is the President and CEO of AMR, a real estate investment firm which was established in 2017 and focuses on real estate assets throughout core and tertiary markets. Prior to AMR, he began his real estate career focused on owning/partnering in multifamily sites and he and his management team have partnered/managed over 2,900 multi-family units with more than 200,000 SF of commercial space. He was originally a passive investor as a limited partner in storage projects, but he found himself taking a more active role in his investments, leading to the decision to pursue his own real estate investments as a general partner as well as creating his own in-house management team to better serve the properties his investors trust him with.

Mr. Graves has exemplified his ability to be flexible with the market, capitalizing on the cyclical nature of the industry and keeping an opportunistic approach, maximizing opportunities where possible for investors. He has partnered and managed over $310,000,000 of assets in his 20 years in the industry by working with distinguished principals that have extensive backgrounds in commercial and residential real estate. Recognizing valuable opportunities, he has tailored his strategy now to self-storage after selling all multifamily sites. Mr. Graves and the investment partners of AMR now own and manage over $148,000,000 of storage and warehouse facilities in multiple southern states.
