PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Graves is the President and CEO of AMR, a highly-regarded investment firm specializing in real estate assets across core and tertiary markets. Prior to founding AMR in 2017, Mr. Graves focused on owning and partnering in multifamily sites. He has managed over 2,900 multifamily units and more than 200,000 SF of commercial space with his management team. 

Mr. Graves initially invested as a limited partner in multifamily projects. However, his active role in his investments led him to pursue his own real estate investments as a general partner. He created an in-house management team to better serve the properties his investors trust him with. He has demonstrated his flexibility with the market and his opportunistic approach, maximizing opportunities where possible for investors. 

Over his 16-year career in the industry, Mr. Graves has partnered and managed over $310,000,000 of assets by working with distinguished principals with extensive commercial and residential real estate backgrounds. Recognizing valuable opportunities, he has tailored his strategy to self-storage after selling all multifamily sites. Mr. Graves and the investment partners of AMR now own and manage over $148,000,000 of storage and warehouse facilities in multiple southern states.
