KATHERINE PEDWANO

As the Director of Storage Operations for the AMR Storage Portfolio, Katherine is responsible for the remote management of multiple storage facilities throughout Texas and Oklahoma. This entails ensuring that the appropriate operational systems, processes, controls, and personnel are in place to maximize business opportunities and manage risk successfully.

Before joining AMR, she acted as a Real Estate Compliance Officer and oversaw 100+ residential and commercial properties as a Senior Property Manager. She is also a licensed Texas Realtor. Katherine graduated from Texas A&M School of Law with a Master of Jurisprudence with a dual concentration in Wealth and Risk Management.
