JENNA ALAME

As Chief Legal Officer, Jenna Alame oversees AMR’s legal affairs, including all legal and compliance matters and outside counsel relations. Her legal practice extends to a wide array of real estate, commercial finance and business transactions, including corporate organization and governance; real estate acquisitions, sales, development and construction; commercial financing and lending; and other business matters.

Before joining AMR, Jenna held real estate and corporate counsel positions at both large and small firms and thus understands the importance of striking the right balance between business decision-making and legal implications efficiently and effectively for all parties involved. Jenna graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2016 and received her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 2012. Jenna currently serves as an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association.
